The Pirate Life Is Not For Me.


We had a good game last night, lots of fun. I was mightily cheesed off by the medic/heavy combo who spawn killed our team for a while in Goldrush (then came back later and did it again!) but managed to hold my cool and not use the admin tools against them.

It's good having the admin tools back. We were playing Piratelife later on and thought it lacked a certain something, probably just needs more playtesting. The attacking team has a hard time getting anywhere near the second point. When it started up for a third round I was one of a few people who groaned, but everything was okay as I had the buttons to change the level.

Piratelife is being removed from the cycle right now.

In The Beginning There Was Something

This isn't the beginning. My record for what was happening on the Team fortress 2 server started over at www.rllmukforum.com. That forum is going through a transitional period right now so the sensible thing to do for our server is to seperate off.

This blog will be the new home for information regarding the server. So far we've played regular games on Thursday and Sunday nights. The map list so far has been pretty standard, but this is changing as our server hosts have improved the download speeds and it is now a viable choice.

I'll post the current map list and other details soon. Please leave comments, this is the new home for server information so I'll need your feedback if we're to make it better for everyone.
